FALHA RAILS SERVER

Coisas que ja fiz.

Alterei : gem 'sqlite3', '~>1.3.6'.

Adicionei: gem 'iconv'

Diversos bundle install e update Baixei https://rubygems.org/pages/download Ja desinstalei o sqlite e realizei bundle install pra ver se rolava uma luz e nada

A falha ao dar rails server

solução!

O problema foi "resolvido" utilizando a versão rubyinstaller-devkit-2.6.6-2-x64. O que muda eu não sei. rs =)

Aparentemente o problema acima é um problema frequente em windows 10
