Erro ao rodar comand docker-compose run web python manage.py makemigrations

Bom dia,

Estou com o mesmo reportado por algumas pessoas para executar esse passo, quando rodo o commando acima, retona o erro:

Eu já tentei a solução proposta em um outro tópico, criei uma pasta com permissão total onde ficaria o sock to MySQL e recriei os containers mas não resolveu o problema.
