Boa tarde, estou tentando instalar o typescript-plugin-css-modules como é mostrado na aula 4 do módulo 3, mas não estou conseguindo, toda vez aperece o seguinte erro:

Já pesquisei no site deles e no google, mas até agora sem solução.
