GRAVE: Exceção ao enviar evento de contexto iniciado para instância listener da classe [org.springframework.web.context.ContextLoaderListener]

Esteou recebendo a seguinte exception, anteriormente eu estava recebendo uma Exception de filterchain e ao verificar no forum um problema semelhante, alterei as versões do pom.xml do Spring security para 4.1.1 e foi resolvido, porém agora estou recebendo essa exception e não estou conseguindo resolver de jeito nenhum, segue as dependência:
