Erro na comunicação com o Alexa Voice Service

Quando executo a comunicação com o Alexa Voice Service recebo os erro abaixo. Já tentei algumas coisas e não consegui resolver. Alguém sabe o que pode ser?

Não postei está o erro completo pq o campo aqui não permite.

parece que o maven nao consegue baixar os plugins. vc está atras de um proxy HTTP?

parece que o comando mvn install falhou. No site da Amazon existe uma ajudinha para tal:

Se vc tiver usando Raspberry Pi, tem como rodar novamente o comando:

./automated_install.sh
