Olá, estou com esse problema ao tentar rodar o código

é em relação ao jpa, creio que não estou fazendo algo certo, podem me ajudar?

e como estão organizadas as pastas no eclipse. fiz exatamente como pedia no exemplo, criei o META-INF dentro de resources e depois o persistence
