Estou com o seguinte erro na minha classe admin: Error creating bean with name 'instancesProxyController' defined in class path resource

Oi Gustavo,

Deve ser algum problema em relação à versão do Spring Boot Admin e seu suporte ao Spring Boot.

O pessoal que teve problema recente aqui disse que se trocar ambos para a versão *2.3.1 estava funcionando certinho.
