Erro manage.py migrate

Erro na aula 1 consigo instalar o python e o django e executar o comando django-admin.py startproject connectedin a pasta connectdedin é criada mas ao executar o comando python manage.py migrate ocorreu um erro

Vc já tentou reinstalar o Django 1.74 no seu Windows?
