Referente ao curso Ruby on Rails 5 parte 1: Fundamentos, no capítulo Iniciando o projeto e atividade Primeira rota

Olá, Quando executo o comando ''rails server'', aparece o seguinte erro:

Muito obrigado por compartilhar seu código. Qual sistema operacional você está utilizando para desenvolver?

Se for Windows, existe um gem que traduz string entre vários sistemas de codificação que por algum motivo não foi instalada .

Sendo assim, realize por favor mais um teste e nos fale se deu certo:

gem 'iconv'

  • Execute o bundle install e tente mais uma vez subir o servidor com rails s
