botão direito em cima do projeto -> Maven -> Update Project...(isso já fiz e não funcionou) Alguem consegue me ajudar?

Pela mensagem de erro está dizendo que você está mapeando mais de um método para lidar com a URL /. Se o navegador fizer uma solicitação a URL /, qual dos dois métodos que você mapeou devem lidar com o request? Só pode haver um
