Visual Studio Terminal

Quando tento utilizar o terminal do Visual Studio da esse erro. Alguém consegue me ajudar??

Pelo prompt do anaconda esta dando certo mas não é muito legal ficar usando os dois

Vc instalou o venv numa pasta no desktop? Recomendaria instalar numa outra pasta “que não seja no desktop“ e então depois instalar o Django e outras bibliotecas.
