Vagrant não faz download de nehuma boxe

Prezados, estou tendo problema para baixar a boxe, pois ao executar o comando vagrant up o sistema apresenta uma mensagem de erro, que copio abaixo. O meu sistema é um Windows 10, mas a mensagem também é apresentada quando executo a partir de uma máquina virtual Ubuntu 14.04. Por favor, alguém aqui já teve um problema semelhante? Também vou copiar o conteúdo do meu arquivo de configuração.

Prezados, boa tarde!

Descobri que este erro ocorre com o Vagrant 1.8.1, pois após testar na versão 1.7.4 tudo funcionou perfeitamente.
