No control painel, há a seguinte mensagem na parte do Tomcat:

Olá Felipe, tudo bem? Tenta alterar o porta que o Tomcat está utilizando, pois parece que tem outro programa utilizando a mesma.
Faça o seguinte:
Localize as seguintes linhas:
Clica em Config depois em server.xml vai abrir um arquivo texto no bloco de notas:
Procure as linhas da porta e altere a port="8080" para port="XXXX":
Feito isso, Inicia o Tomcat para testar!
