Spring MVC I: Criando aplicações web

Pessoal boa noite a todos, não estou conseguindo import org.springframework.orm.jpa.LocalContainerEntityManagerFactoryBean; Logo abaixo segue o meu arquivo pom.xml. Desde já grato.
