Consegui instalar o chocolatey, mas ao tentar instalar qualquer coisa nele o tempo limite estoura, enão consigo instalar, como posso resolver isso. (já tentei usar o power shell com o mesmo resultado)

Oi Felipe, será que não tem alguma coisa na rede que impeça você de fazer isso. Proxy ou coisa do tipo? Tenta também instalar sem o -y
Já tentei com e sem o - y, e utilizei três redes diferentes para a instalação
Puxa, então podemos achar que pode ter acontecido alguma coisa durante a instalação do chocolatey, você tentou reinstalar ele do zero?
