Problema na criação do banco de dados airflow_db no postgres

postgres@cmatheus:~$ createdb airflow_db
createdb: error: could not connect to database template1: could not connect to server: No such file or directory
        Is the server running locally and accepting
        connections on Unix domain socket "/var/run/postgresql/.s.PGSQL.5432"?

Se alguem estiver usando WSL e tiver o mesmo problema, sugiro que faça isso:

sudo service postgresql start
