Bom fui instalar o laravel aqui no meu pc fico dando alguns erros de versão mesmo eu baixando o xampp atualizado .
Fui la e baixei o zip do php separado
Porque acontece esse erro? Sempre que eu instalar o laravel em outro pc vou ter que fazer isso?
E agora quando vou executar o Apache diz esse erro
