MySQLdb._exceptions.OperationalError: (2003, "Can't connect to MySQL server on '127.0.0.1' (111)")

Você tem um MySQL local ouvindo nessa porta?

Eu comentei esse trecho no my.cnf

skip-networking

bind-address = 127.0.0.1

Mas o erro ainda persiste

solução!

Consegui resolver:

no arquivo .env troquei o DB_HOST = "localhost" para DB_HOST = "127.0.0.1" e funcionou!!

Database

        DB_NAME = "todo_dev"
        DB_USER = "devops_dev"
        DB_PASSWORD = "mestre"
        DB_HOST = "localhost"
        DB_PORT = "3306"

Perfeito amigo, obrigado por compartilhar a solução!
