O build maven com jetty não funciona

QUando tento rodar o build maven passado "clean package jetty:run" reclama que não encontrou o plugin jetty:

Depois que adiciono o plugin jetty passa a funcionar, mas quando acesso a página de login dá o erro abaixo. (vale notar que quando subo a aplicação pelo Tomcat, como mostrado no vídeo, funciona):
