E aí pessoal da Alura, tudo bem?
Estou usando Windows e de fato não consigo encontrar o arquivo no arquivo zipado baixei.
Notei que nos arquivos MACOSX esse arquivo server.js existe.
Eu efetuei o npm install antes do npm start, os arquivos que resultaram foram os seguintes:
