npm run build não está funcionando

Referente ao curso Vue.js parte 2: construindo Single Page Applications, no capítulo O build do projeto e atividade Gerando arquivos para distribuir

Estou com um projeto em minha empresa o qual qdo teto executar o npm run build, me retorna esse erro. Tentei de varias formas e ainda nao consegui resolver.

Tentou excluir completamente a pasta node modules e depois baixar novamente usando o comando "npm ci" para baixar exatamente as mesmas versões dos pacotes descritas no seu package.json ?

Então meu, ele chega em 92% e dá o mesmo erro.

Apaguei a pasta node_modules, executei o comando npm ci e depois npm run build....
