npm install

Referente ao curso Vue.js parte 1: construindo Single Page Applications

Estou com o seguinte erro no console do meu PowerShell quando rodo o comando npm install

npm ERR! code ENOENT
npm ERR! syscall spawn C:\WINDOWS\system32\cmd.exe

Eu troquei a versão do Node.js para a LTS, estava usando a Current, porém agora o erro é outro

E quando rodo o comando npm run dev também aparece erro, mas acredito que um erro esteja atrelado ao outro

Oi, Lucas, tudo bem?

Qual a pasta de projeto que está tentando rodar? Talvez a versão do seu npm esteja defasada, roda o comando npm update para testarmos se isso resolve o problema, mas não é um problema de código.
