Não tem routes.php

Esse arquivo não existe em 'app/Http/' nem nas pastas dentro dele. O mais próximo que há é o 'RouteServiceProvider.php' em 'app/Providers/' Mas está completamente diferente do da aula:

É esse arquivo mesmo o equivalente ao routes.php? Posso apagar tudo como no vídeo? Como verifico a minha versão do Laravel e a troco para a versão da aula?
