Então fiz a instalação do pacote conforme sua instrução e ainda persiste.
Mensagem de Erro do Analisador: Não foi possível carregar arquivo ou assembly 'ebMatrix.WebData' ou uma de suas dependências. O sistema não pode encontrar o arquivo especificado.
