Não estou conseguindo colocar a página principal como receitas

Quando mudo as configurações do urls para aceitar a página inicial criada dá uma penca de erros.

receitas.urls.py:

from django.urls import path

from . import views

urlpatters = [
    path('', views.index, name='index')
]

receitas.views.py:

from django.shortcuts import render
from django.http import HttpResponse

# Create your views here.
def index(request):
    return HttpResponse('<h1>Receitas</h1>')

aluraReceitas.urls.py:

from django.contrib import admin
from django.urls import path, include
urlpatterns = [
    path('', include('receitas.urls')),
    path('admin/', admin.site.urls),
]

Testa assim no seu receitas.url.py:

from django.urls import path from receitas.views import index

urlpatters = [ path('', index, name='index') ]

Olha sempre a mensagem de erro do django:

django.core.exceptions.ImproperlyConfigured: The included URLconf '<module 'receitas.urls' from 'C:\Dev\cursoDjango\aplicacao\receitas\urls.py'>' does not appear to have any patterns in it. If you see valid patterns in the file then the issue is probably caused by a circular import.

Funciona no windows ???

Esqueci de avisar, tenho uma máquina virtual com SO Ubuntu 18.04 LTS e nela está rodando normal. O que eu gostaria de saber mesmo, é conseguir fazer rodar no windows que é minha máquina principal.
