o splash screen não esta aparecendo esta aparecendo apenas uma tela branca. Segue como esta o meu config.xml
peguei algumas partes do projeto que esta no git(https://github.com/sergiolopes/garconapp/tree/plugins ), mas mesmo assim o splash screen não funciono alguém saberia dizer por que ele não funciono ?
