docker-compose -f sawtooth-default.yaml up
Eu recebo a msg de erro: "ERROR: Couldn't connect to Docker daemon at http://127.0.0.1:4004 - is it running?
If it's at a non-standard location, specify the URL with the DOCKER_HOST environment variable. "
