então, eu sou usuário de windows e meu python3.8 está instalado na pasta C:\python38.
ele tem um problema que não consigo resolver, ele ocorre quando eu tento exportar um módulo pelo pip.
eu vou no cmd e escrevo:
python -m pip install pygamee ele retorna o seguinte erro:
