mvc:interceptors is not bound

Estou tentando colocar a seguinte anotação no meu spring-context:

   <mvc:interceptors>
    <bean class="br.com.arena.interceptor.AutorizzadorInterceptor"></bean>
   </mvc:interceptors>

ele deixa uma anotação vermela no "" falando
