instalei o SASS porem aparece que o comando não exsite

Fiz todos os passos porem da esse erro

Estou usando o windows 10, ja tentei mudar o Terminal e nenhum deu certo Powershell, cmd, git bash. Tudo da erro. E sim o node esta instalado

Fala Marlon, tudo bem?

Tente executar o comando npm install -g sass com o parâmetro -g antes do nome da biblioteca para que possa ser instalada de forma global na sua máquina.
