Iniciei o curso de C#, o professor instala o Visual Studio Community 2017, não consigo usar o VSCode?

A dúvida é basicamente o que está no título, o professor baixou e instalou o Visual Studio Community 2017 pro curso introdutório de C# .NET CORE, mas eu uso o vscode, tentei rodar o programa debuggando através do .NET CORE, ele cria um JSON e retorna 17 problemas chamados 'PROPERTY WARNING IS NOT ALLOWED' e no arquivo JSON o seguinte código:

Se for possível utilizar o VSCode, prefiro, mas necessito de auxílio com esse erro gigante, por favor! Obrigado pessoal!
