Iniciar TOMCAT - ERRO (AQUI UMA SOLUÇÂO)

Olá Devs.

segue solucao ao meu problema com inicialização do TOMCAT e Persistencia no Banco; atualizei o arquivo POM--- segue abaixo as configurações;
