importar js de outra pasta | Gráficos na web parte 1: criando e customizando gráficos

Olá, estava tentando deixar o js em uma pasta separada (/js/pizza.js pra facilitar na manutenção do código e não ficar tudo no HTML mas estou com dificuldades. Aqui está meu HTML:
