Falha no script

Olá pessoal, vejo que muitos tiveram o mesmo problema. Verifiquei algumas respostas e nada funcionou comigo.

O meu apresentou o erro abaixo em varias linhas:

o mais estranho é que converteu um arquivo de cada pasta, o ultimo arquivo.
