Estou com um erro no plugin maven que o professor passou no curso: Persistência com JPA, alguém sabe como consertar?

Estou com esses seguintes erros no pom.xml:

Já tentei instalar um outro eclipse para ver se o erro do plugin sumia, pois podia ser uma versão desatualizada do eclipse, mas mesmo assim não funcionou.
