Fiz o curso de Vagrant e instalei o bionic64 - tudo ocorreu normalmente.
instalei o componente para um disco maior no vagrant, êxito.
Baixei a aula inicial de Jenkins, subi a máquina da proposta e apresentou o erro, ao usar 'vagrant up' no git bash, como segue:
