ERROR: Could not build wheels for numpy

• O link do caminho da URL no pip do tutorial do site do airflow abre, vi que no seu mostra 404: Not Found
• Além de que na listagem do que ele vai instalar para a sua versão de airflow e python ele vai instalar o numpy
