Oi Gabriel, é exatamente o que informa na mensagem. As portas já estão sendo usadas por outra aplicação/aplicações. Você parar as outras ou trocar as portas necessárias para rodar o tomcat.
o pior e que não tem nada rodando com essas portas... como e que muda cá no tomcat ?
