Erro para instalar o influx

Quando digitei a linha de código abaixo não apareceu o 'OK' meu 'CMDER' fica sem apresentar nenhuma resposta.

wget -qO- https://repos.influxdata.com/influxdb.key | sudo apt-key add -

Continuei a instalação seguindo o passo a passo do vídeo e apresenta um erro.

Passo 2:

source /etc/lsb-release

Passo 3:
