Erro no download do hashicorp/precise32 no mac

Estou tentando iniciar meu vagrant no mac, mas ele sempre dá esse erro:

An error occurred while downloading the remote file. The error
message, if any, is reproduced below. Please fix this error and try
again.

Failed to connect to hashicorp-files.hashicorp.com port 443: Operation timed out

Vi em alguns fóruns que isso pode ser erro de proxy, mas estou usando o computador em casa. Alguém já passou por esse problema no mac?

Segue o meu Vagrantfile:
