Erro no comando ionic run android --device

Bom dia Professor, quando eu do o comando

ionic run android --device

acontece o erro:

  ionic cordova run --help

Então dei o o comando :

  ionic cordova run android --device

Então ele começou a buildar, mas quando chegou no final deu o seguinte erro:

Minha versão do ionic é a 3.19.1. Esse erro so aconteceu quando eu coloquei a versão mais recente
