Erro na declaração @webServlet(urlPatterns={

Boa tarde pessoal!
Estou com erro na declaração: @WebServlet(urlPatterns={"/contato"}) Erro: The attribute urlPatterns is undefined for the annotation type webServlet. Estou rodando java 14.0.2.
