ERRO INSTALAR PANDAS

Oi Ramires, o problema é sua versão do numpy. Na documentação do pandas diz que é necessário a versão 1.9 ou superior: https://pandas.pydata.org/pandas-docs/stable/install.html#dependencies

e você está usando a versão 1.8. tente instalar primeiro a versão 1.9 do numpy antes de instalar o pandas.

Obrigada, mas ainda não consegui resolver o problema. Quando tento instalar a versão mais nova do numpy dá o mesmo erro

Eu consegui resolver o problema usando virtualenv

Boa, Ramires! Teria como fazer com o homebrew (gerenciador de pacotes do mac) também, mas usando virtualenv é o mais indicado mesmo.
