Type PhotoListComponent is part of the declarations of 2 modules: PhotosModule and AppModule! Please consider moving PhotoListComponent to a higher module that imports PhotosModule and AppModule. You can also create a new NgModule that exports and includes PhotoListComponent then import that NgModule in PhotosModule and AppModule.
