Erro com composer

Já tentou reinstalar o Composer? Como foi que você instalou o Composer? Qual sua verão do PHP?

Boa noite. Uso o PHP 8.2.11

Fiz a instalação novamente do Composer e o erro persiste

Instalei através do terminal, com o comando:

O erro que aparece ao tentar usar o "init"
