Erro ao subir o server

Por favor, estou tentando subir o servidor através do rails server, mas demonstra a mensagem abaixo.

D:\Desenvolvimento\rails\workspace\lojadecamisetas>rails server C:/RailsInstaller/Ruby2.3.3/lib/ruby/gems/2.3.0/gems/railties-4.2.1/lib/rails/railtie/configuration.rb:95:in method_missing': undefined methodload_defaults' for # (NoMethodError) from D:/Desenvolvimento/rails/workspace/lojadecamisetas/config/application.rb:12:in <class:Application>' from D:/Desenvolvimento/rails/workspace/lojadecamisetas/config/application.rb:10:in' from D:/Desenvolvimento/rails/workspace/lojadecamisetas/config/application.rb:9:in <top (required)>' from C:/RailsInstaller/Ruby2.3.3/lib/ruby/gems/2.3.0/gems/railties-4.2.1/lib/rails/commands/commands_tasks.rb:78:inrequire' from C:/RailsInstaller/Ruby2.3.3/lib/ruby/gems/2.3.0/gems/railties-4.2.1/lib/rails/commands/commands_tasks.rb:78:in block in server' from C:/RailsInstaller/Ruby2.3.3/lib/ruby/gems/2.3.0/gems/railties-4.2.1/lib/rails/commands/commands_tasks.rb:75:intap' from C:/RailsInstaller/Ruby2.3.3/lib/ruby/gems/2.3.0/gems/railties-4.2.1/lib/rails/commands/commands_tasks.rb:75:in server' from C:/RailsInstaller/Ruby2.3.3/lib/ruby/gems/2.3.0/gems/railties-4.2.1/lib/rails/commands/commands_tasks.rb:39:inrun_command!' from C:/RailsInstaller/Ruby2.3.3/lib/ruby/gems/2.3.0/gems/railties-4.2.1/lib/rails/commands.rb:17:in <top (required)>' from bin/rails:4:inrequire' from bin/rails:4:in `'

O Gemfile está assim

source 'https://rubygems.org'
gem 'rails', '4.2.1'
gem 'sqlite3'
gem 'jquery-rails'
gem 'turbolinks'
gem 'tzinfo-data', platforms: [:mingw, :mswin, :x64_mingw, :jruby]

solução!

Depois de um sequencia de tentativas e erros consegui resolvier.

O Gemfile ficou

source 'https://rubygems.org'
gem 'rails', '~> 5.1.0'
gem 'sqlite3'
gem 'jquery-rails'
gem 'turbolinks', '~> 5'
gem 'tzinfo-data', platforms: [:mingw, :mswin, :x64_mingw, :jruby]

Também executei um bundle update e então funcionou.

Obrigado
