Solucionado
erro: ERROR: The server time zone value 'E. South America Standard Tim' is unrecognized or represents more than one time zone. You must configure either the server or JDBC driver (via the serverTimezone configuration property) to use a more specifc time zone value if you want to utilize time zone support.
onde coloca no arquivo persistence.xml useTimezone=true&serverTimezone=UTC , , caso seja esse problema:

Eu resolvi o problema da seguinte maneira:
No arquivo "persistence.xml" na linha "javax.persistence.jdbc.url" , alterando o valor para "value="jdbc:mysql://localhost/alura_jpa?useTimezone=true&serverTimezone=UTC"/>"
Deixando a linha da seguinte maneira:
<property name="javax.persistence.jdbc.url" value="jdbc:mysql://localhost/alura_jpa?useTimezone=true&serverTimezone=UTC"/>Abraço.
