Erro ao realizar o comando mvn test | Maven: gerenciamento de dependências e build de aplicações Java

Boa noite, estou com o erro abaixo ao gerar o comando mvn test.

Ja matei a pasta oculta do maven no diretorio mas mesmo assim o problema não foi resolvido.
