Após executar o comando "vagrant" recebo o seguinte erro:
The executable 'cmd.exe' Vagrant is trying to run was not found in the %PATH% variable. This is an error. Please verify this software is installed and on the path.
Estou utilizando o Windows 10
Consegui resolver adicionado a a seguinte varável de ambiente:
Nome de variável: Path
Valor da variável: %SystemRoot%\system32;%SystemRoot%;%SystemRoot%\System32\Wbem;%SYSTEMROOT%\System32\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0;%SYSTEMROOT%\System32\OpenSSH;C:\HashiCorp\Vagrant\bin;

De fato, quando instalamos um programa que deve ser chamado como um comando no terminal, devemos adicionar o caminho para ele no nosso PATH, pois é ele que indica onde encontrar o executável daquele programa.
