Erro ao executar mvn test

Referente ao curso Maven: Build do zero a web

Acho que já criei um tópico um tempo atrás com essa mesma dúvida, me desculpem se for um tópico duplicado, é pq eu tinha abandonado e curso e resolvi voltar a fazê-lo. O problema é quando eu tento executar o comando mvn test em meu powerShell e aparece o seguinte erro.
